Waaree Renewable Technologies has announced the termination of a Letter of Award for an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) solar power project. This project, with a capacity of 125 MWAC (181.3 MWp DC) including Operation and Maintenance work on a turnkey basis, was awarded to a consortium where WaareeRTL was a member. The cancellation stems from the Government of Assam's decision to withdraw funding via an ADB Loan, rendering the project unfeasible for the power distribution company.
