EPACK Durable's board has approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Revenue from operations reached Rs 662.39 Cr, with a net profit of Rs 22.89 Cr. The company's profit before tax stood at Rs 31.46 Cr, factoring in a Rs 0.29 Cr loss from a joint venture.

Strategically, EPACK Durable also incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary, Bumjin India Auto Products Private Limited, in June. Regarding IPO funds, Rs 176.52 Cr remains unutilized, of which Rs 176.00 Cr is temporarily invested in fixed deposits. The company noted its business is seasonal.
