Delhivery Limited — JV/Acquisition, 19-07-2025: Acquisition

Delhivery has largely completed its strategic acquisition of Ecom Express Limited. The company has remitted the full consideration of approximately INR 1,369 crores for a 99.87% stake. Delhivery has successfully acquired 78.75% of Ecom's shares, with the remaining 21.12% stake transfer underway. This move significantly strengthens Delhivery's market presence and enhances its logistics network and operational scale. Ecom Express is now a subsidiary, solidifying Delhivery's position in the competitive e-commerce logistics sector.
