RITES Limited — New Orders, 19-07-2025: Bagging/Receiving of orders/contracts

RITES has announced a significant project cost revision for its contract with the Indian Institute of Management, Raipur. The estimated cost for constructing Academic Block, Hostel Cluster, Students Dining Block (1st floor), and Auditorium Block under EPC mode-III at IIM Raipur has been revised upwards to Rs. 220.65 Cr. This contract, on a Cost Plus basis for phase-II, is expected to be executed within 23 months from the agreement date.
