Sona BLW Precision Forgings Limited — Board Meeting, 20-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Sona Comstar's board has approved a strategic Joint Venture (JV) in China with Jinnaite Machinery Co., Ltd. (JNT). The JV will manufacture and supply driveline systems and components to automotive manufacturers in China and globally. Sona Comstar will invest $12 million for a 60% equity stake, leveraging JNT's casting expertise and strong customer base. This alliance aims to combine Sona Comstar's driveline design capabilities with JNT's local market strength, expanding Sona Comstar's footprint in key Asian markets. Operations for the JV are expected to commence in the second half of the current fiscal year.
