Ashima Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 21-07-2025: Allotment of Securities

Ashima Limited has successfully raised ₹50 Crore through the private placement of 5000 Unlisted, Secured, Non-Convertible Debentures. Each debenture has a face value of ₹1 Lakh. This fund infusion strengthens the company's financial position. These NCDs offer an annual interest rate of 7.50% and mature in 9 years. Importantly, subscribers have a 'Put Option' after two years, allowing them to redeem their investment early. The debentures are secured by a first charge on the company's non-agricultural land.
