UCO Bank — Board Meeting, 21-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

UCO Bank's Board has approved the financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. The bank reported a net profit of ₹2,444.96 Cr and total income of ₹29,473.53 Cr. Gross NPAs stood at 3.32% and Net NPAs at 0.78%, with a strong provision coverage ratio of 96.88%. No new funds were raised during the quarter. The amalgamation of Paschim Bongo Gramin Bank, previously sponsored by UCO Bank, into the new West Bengal Gramin Bank was also noted, with UCO Bank receiving ₹239 Cr for its stake.
