Jetking Infotrain Ltd — Board Meeting, 21-07-2025: Board Meeting

The company's Board has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Avinash Bharwani as Chairman & Whole-time Director for a three-year term, effective from August 11. Mr. Bharwani, who has 21 years of experience, is a relative of the Managing Director & CEO and Joint Managing Director & CFO. This re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the Board approved raising funds up to 11.50 Cr by issuing up to 4,60,000 equity shares on a preferential basis at Rs. 250 per share. These shares will be allotted to identified Non-Promoters, including Mr. Nitish Mittersain and M/s Choksi Capital, pending shareholder approval.
