Univastu India Limited — New Orders, 21-07-2025: Bagging/Receiving of orders/contracts

Univastu India's 51% subsidiary, Univastu Bootes Infra LLP, has secured a domestic work order worth Rs 28.08 Cr (including GST) from the Varanasi Development Authority. The contract involves the design and build of the Varanasi Community Center at Lalpur, encompassing master planning, civil, M-E-P, interiors, Net Zero, sustainable building, and road network works. The project is expected to be executed within 12 calendar months, by July 18, 2026.
