HB Portfolio will hold its 30th Annual General Meeting on August 20th to approve its annual financial results. For FY25, standalone total revenue decreased to 14.92 Cr, resulting in a net loss of 0.77 Cr. Consolidated total revenue also declined to 28.29 Cr, with profit after tax at 0.21 Cr. An interim dividend of Rs. 1 per equity share, already paid, will be confirmed as the total/final dividend for FY25. Shareholders will also consider board appointments, including Mrs. Asha Mehra as an Independent Director.
