Shradha AI Technologies' Board has approved its financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2025. Standalone revenue reached ₹6.02 Cr with a profit of ₹3.36 Cr, while consolidated revenue was ₹6.03 Cr with a profit of ₹3.25 Cr. The Board has also appointed new Internal and Secretarial Auditors.
