Madhur Industries has clarified a delay in announcing the resignation of its statutory auditor, J.U. Shah & Co. The company stated the delay was due to unforeseen administrative challenges and the temporary absence of key secretarial personnel. J.U. Shah & Co. resigned because their professional fees were insufficient for the audit's scope and complexity, a request for an increase having been denied. Madhur Industries has since appointed M/s SDPM & CO. as its new statutory auditors, subject to shareholder approval, and is strengthening internal processes to ensure future compliance.
