Jet Knitwears Limited — Board Meeting, 21-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

JETKNIT's board has approved significant leadership updates. Following the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's suggestion, Mrs. Deepika Agarwal, a Company Secretary with 8+ years of experience, was appointed as an Additional Independent Director, subject to shareholder approval.

To ensure continuity as independent directors retire, the board also reconsituted its key committees: Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholders Relationship. Mrs. Agarwal will now join all three committees, chairing the Stakeholders Relationship Committee, while Mrs. Avantika Mishra will chair the Audit and Nomination & Remuneration Committees.
