Bansal Wire Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 21-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Bansal Wire Industries has announced a board meeting, approving the consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended June 30, 2025. Revenue from operations stood at Rs 939.01 Cr, with Profit After Tax (PAT) reaching Rs 39.28 Cr.

The board also made key appointments: M/s Ranjit Tripathi & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years, M/s Ashish & Associates as Cost Auditors, and M/s S N Garg & Co as Internal Auditors for FY2025-26. Furthermore, the IPO Committee, which oversaw the initial public offering, has been dissolved.
