BCPL Railway Infrastructure Ltd — Updates, 21-07-2025: Company Update

Avanti Feeds, BCPL Railway Infrastructure, and TANFAC Industries have announced key shareholder updates. Avanti Feeds' 32nd AGM on August 14, 2025, will consider a dividend proposal for FY25, with book closure from August 8-14. BCPL's 28th AGM on September 11, 2025, will also include a proposed dividend of Rs. 1 per share for FY25. Rossari Biotech's Q1 FY26 figures showed total income of 488.65 Cr and net profit of 33.60 Cr. Kerala Ayurveda also approved its Q1 FY26 financial results.
