Optiemus Infracom Limited — JV/Acquisition, 21-07-2025: Acquisition

Optiemus Infracom has approved a further investment of Rs 2.40 Cr in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Optiemus Unmanned Systems Private Limited (OUS). OUS manufactures drones for sectors like Defence, Agriculture, and Oil & Gas, aligning with the 'Atmanirbhar Bharat' initiative. This investment aims to fund OUS's working capital and capital expenditure for business expansion. The move is expected to strengthen Optiemus's balance sheet and diversify risk by enhancing its presence in the growing drone manufacturing segment.
