CHETANA has announced a board meeting on July 21, 2025, where key decisions were made. The Board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Anil Jayantilal Rambhia as Director, pending shareholder approval. M/s Singh Soni & Associates LLP will also be re-appointed as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term, subject to shareholder consent. The Director's Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, was approved. Additionally, the 2nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) is set for August 19, 2025, to be held virtually.
