Kamdhenu Limited is reminding shareholders about unclaimed dividends and shares from FY2017-18. If dividends remain unclaimed for seven consecutive years, both the dividends and associated shares are liable for transfer to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority. Shareholders must claim their outstanding dividends by October 14. Unclaimed assets will be transferred to IEPF by October 23.
