Andhra Cements, a subsidiary of Sagar Cements, has announced a board meeting on July 21, 2025. The Board approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. For the quarter, revenue from operations increased to ₹99.53 crore compared to ₹63.39 crore in the same period last year. However, the company reported a net loss of ₹29.62 crore, a wider loss than ₹23.59 crore in the previous year's corresponding quarter. The company is also continuing with a previously approved rights issue, aiming to raise up to ₹150 crore, which has received in-principle approvals.
