Oberoi Realty Limited — Board Meeting, 21-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Oberoi Realty has announced a board meeting held on July 21, 2025, where the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, were approved.

The company reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs. 987.55 Cr and a net profit of Rs. 421.25 Cr. Earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter stood at Rs. 11.59.

The board also declared an interim dividend of Rs. 2 per equity share for the financial year 2025-2026. Strategically, Oberoi Realty's stake in I-Ven Realty Limited (IVRL) reduced to 39.13% after an external investor infused Rs. 1,250 Cr for a 21.74% ownership. Additionally, Rs. 60 Cr of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) were fully redeemed.
