Lords Chloro Alkali Limited — Others, 21-07-2025: Change in Auditors

Lords Chloro Alkali's board has approved its financial results for the first quarter, reporting a total income of Rs 100.47 Cr and a profit of Rs 10.45 Cr. The board also re-appointed Shri Sandeep Singh as an Independent Director for a second 5-year term and re-appointed Cost Auditors for the current fiscal year. A new Secretarial Auditor was appointed for five years. Both the director's re-appointment and the secretarial auditor's appointment are subject to shareholder approval. The board further decided to seek shareholder approval to increase the company's borrowing limit up to Rs 500 Cr. An Employee Stock Option Scheme was deferred.
