VCU Data Management Ltd — Board Meeting, 21-07-2025: Board Meeting

VCU Data Management's board has approved significant governance and operational updates. Whole Time Director Mr. Shripal Bafna and Non-Executive Director Ms. Payal Sharma have resigned. Mr. Nirbhay Singh was appointed Chairperson, and the Nomination & Remuneration Committee was reconstituted. The company also approved M/s Ankur Gandhi & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years (subject to shareholder approval) and M/s Mistry Foresight Consulting as Internal Auditor for FY25-26. Two promoters, Mr. Shripal Bafna and Mr. Sanjay Vardhan, are seeking re-classification to the public shareholder category, pending approvals. A new corporate office in Ahmedabad was also approved to house operations and records.
