Zota Health Care LImited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 21-07-2025: Allotment of Securities

Zota Health Care has allotted 2,10,510 new equity shares at Rs. 509 each following the conversion of fully paid-up warrants. This preferential allotment was made to two non-promoter investors, infusing Rs. 8.03 crore into the company. Consequently, the company's paid-up equity capital has increased from Rs. 30.11 crore (3.01 crore shares) to Rs. 30.32 crore (3.03 crore shares). This move strengthens Zota's finances and reflects continued warrant conversions by non-promoters.
