VCU Data Management Ltd — Updates, 21-07-2025: Company Update

VCU Data Management's board has approved key changes, including the resignations of Whole Time Director Mr. Shripal Bafna and Non-Executive Director Ms. Payal Sharma. Mr. Nirbhay Singh was appointed as the new Chairperson, and the Nomination & Remuneration Committee was reconstituted. The board also approved requests to re-classify Mr. Shripal Bafna and Mr. Sanjay Vardhan from the 'promoter' to 'public' shareholder category, subject to necessary approvals. The company appointed new Secretarial and Internal Auditors, and approved a new corporate office location in Ahmedabad, which will also house its books of accounts.
