Brigade Group has significantly expanded its Bengaluru portfolio by acquiring a 20.19-acre land parcel in the prime Whitefield-Hoskote corridor for ₹588.33 Cr. This strategic purchase is earmarked for a large-scale mixed-use development with an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹5,200 Cr. The project offers a development potential of 4.2 million sq. ft., encompassing residential, commercial, and retail components.
