IIFL Finance Limited — Others, 21-07-2025: Shareholders meeting

IIFL Finance shareholders approved all 14 resolutions at the 30th Annual General Meeting. This includes the adoption of audited financial statements for FY2024-25, re-appointment of directors Mr. T S Ramakrishnan and Mr. R Venkataraman (Joint MD), and approval for Mr. Nirmal Jain's (MD) remuneration. The appointment of Mr. Bibhu Prasad Kanungo as Independent Director was also approved. Crucially, shareholders gave the green light for the company to issue Non-Convertible Securities via private placement, a key step for future funding. Material related party transactions with various IIFL group companies were also approved, ensuring operational continuity and synergy.
