Sagar Cements' unlisted subsidiary, Sagar Cements (M) Private Limited, has greenlit two major projects. Grinding capacity at its Jeerabad, MP facility will increase from 1.00 MTPA to 1.5 MTPA, a project estimated at ₹120 Cr. Concurrently, a 6 MW solar power plant will be established at the same location for approximately ₹20.50 Cr. Both initiatives, aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and sustainability, will be financed through internal accruals and debt.
