RHI Magnesita India (RHIM) has invested Rs. 2.5 crore in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Intermetal Engineers (India) Private Limited, via a rights issue. This capital injection will fund Intermetal's general corporate needs and partially finance its planned acquisition of Ashwath Technologies. Intermetal manufactures slide gate mechanics, reporting turnovers of Rs. 6.12 Cr (FY25), Rs. 6.65 Cr (FY24), and Rs. 5.34 Cr (FY23). This strategic investment strengthens RHIM's market position through its subsidiary.
