Mahindra Logistics Limited — Important, 21-07-2025: Updates

Mahindra Logistics (MAHLOG) updated its Rights Issue with Q1 FY26 financial results. Revenue from operations grew to ₹1,624.59 Cr from ₹1,420.02 Cr year-on-year. However, the net loss after tax deepened to ₹9.44 Cr from ₹7.84 Cr in the same period. The company is proceeding with its Rights Issue, offering up to 2.70 crore shares at ₹277 each, aiming to raise up to ₹749.27 Cr. This issue is on a 3:8 ratio, opening July 31.
