Jay Shree Tea & Industries has scheduled its 79th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for August 12, 2025, via video conferencing. The Board has proposed a dividend of 0.50 paise per equity share (10% on Rs. 5 face value) for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, subject to shareholder approval. Shares will trade ex-dividend on August 5, 2025. Dividend payments are expected on or after August 19, 2025.
