VA Tech Wabag Limited — Others, 21-07-2025: Shareholders meeting

VA TECH WABAG has announced its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on August 12, 2025, via video conferencing to approve key financial matters. Shareholders will vote on adopting the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for FY 2024-25. A final dividend of INR 4 per equity share for FY 2024-25 is proposed. The meeting will also consider the re-appointment of Mr. Amit Goela as a Director. Additionally, shareholders will ratify the remuneration for the Cost Auditor (INR 0.055 Cr) and approve the appointment of Secretarial Auditors (INR 0.025 Cr annually). Unclaimed dividends of INR 0.01067 Cr and 897 shares for prior years were transferred to IEPF.
