Mahindra Logistics Limited held its 18th Annual General Meeting where shareholders approved the financial results for FY 2025 and the final dividend. Key approvals included the re-appointment of Mr. Naveen Raju Kollaickal as Director and Ms. Malvika Sinha as Independent Director for a second term. Mr. Hemant Sikka was appointed as a Director and also as the Managing Director & CEO for five years. The company also approved the 'Performance Stock Unit Plan 2025' and its extension to subsidiary employees, along with an increase in its Authorised Share Capital.
