The investor has indicated an interest in acquiring up to a 12% strategic minority equity stake in IFL Enterprises at an indicative price of ₹2.00 per share. This proposed investment, if finalized, is anticipated to significantly strengthen the Company’s capital base and provide crucial support for its future long-term business expansion initiatives.
