Vardhman Textiles has announced a board meeting on July 22, 2025, where it approved its consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Revenue from operations grew to Rs. 2,385.66 Cr, up from Rs. 2,308.59 Cr in the same quarter last year. However, Profit After Tax (PAT) declined to Rs. 207.68 Cr from Rs. 239.77 Cr year-on-year. Earnings Per Share (EPS) also saw a dip to Rs. 7.28. The company's textiles segment remains its primary focus.
