Man Industries is divesting a non-operational unit by transferring its shareholding to subsidiary Man Overseas Metals DMCC. The Board approved this move, but the sale agreement is yet to be executed, with expected completion in 6-12 months. Consideration will be received upon execution. This is a related party transaction at arm's length. Separately, Director Heena Vinay Kalantri resigned due to personal reasons, effective March 31, 2025.
