Consequently, Ind-Swift's paid-up equity capital now stands at ₹72.39 Cr, with total shares increasing to 7.24 crore. A significant portion, 7 lakh shares, was allotted to promoter Essix Biosciences, strengthening the promoter stake. This capital boost supports company finances.
