Zee Entertainment (ZEEL) has announced the approval of its consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹1,849.8 crore, with a profit after tax of ₹143.7 crore. Earnings per share (EPS) were ₹1.50.

The board also approved convening the 43rd Annual General Meeting on September 15, 2025. Regarding ongoing regulatory inquiries, an independent committee reviewed the matters, finding no material irregularities, with management expecting no significant adverse impact. The dispute with Star India over ICC broadcasting rights continues, with Star's damages claim now at $1,003 million, which ZEEL maintains is unfounded.
