Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services has announced a change in its Senior Management. Ms. Ketaki Suklikar is appointed as the new Chief Legal Officer and Senior Management Personnel, effective November 1, 2025. She will join on September 1, 2025, as Chief Legal Officer – Designate, to ensure a smooth transition. This follows the transition of the current Chief Legal Officer, Ms. Farida Balsara, back to Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, as part of the Group’s talent rotation practice. Ms. Suklikar brings over 20 years of legal experience, including her recent role as Legal Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at Mahindra Group.
