Shyam Metalics' board has approved a 1st Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.80 per equity share. The Record Date for this payout is July 28, 2025. Additionally, August 19, 2025, is the Cut-off Date for e-voting and determining eligibility for the Final Dividend, if approved at the Annual General Meeting on August 26, 2025.
