Shyam Metalics has set a record date of **July 28, 2025**, for its 1st interim dividend of ₹1.80 per equity share. Separately, **August 19, 2025**, has been fixed as the record date for shareholders to be eligible for the final dividend, pending approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
