One 97 Communications Limited — Board Meeting, 22-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

One 97 Communications (PAYTM) Board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company delivered strong revenue growth, with operations revenue rising to INR 1,917.5 Cr from INR 1,501.6 Cr a year ago. A significant turnaround saw the company post a consolidated net profit of INR 122.5 Cr for the quarter, compared to a net loss of INR 838.9 Cr in the same period last year. Earnings per share also improved to INR 1.92 from a negative INR 13.19. The Board also noted that INR 2,000 Cr of IPO proceeds remain unutilized and are currently invested.
