IL&FS Investment Managers (IIML) has requested an extension to submit its consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025. The company informed regulators that the delay stems from not yet receiving audited financial statements from a key material subsidiary. While financials from one major subsidiary were recently obtained, those from another are still awaited, despite IIML's consistent follow-ups and efforts.

For transparency, IIML confirms it has already submitted its standalone audited financial results on May 29, 2025. The firm has applied for an additional 60-day extension beyond the original due date specifically for the consolidated figures, which provide a complete financial picture of the group. An associated regulatory application fee of Rs 1.18 lakh has been paid. IIML assures that it is actively working to expedite the finalization and adoption of these consolidated statements at the earliest possible opportunity.
