JITF Infralogistics Limited — Others, 22-07-2025: Shareholders meeting

JITF Infralogistics shareholders have approved various material related party transactions at an Extra Ordinary General Meeting. This includes significant dealings for FY2025-26 and FY2026-27 with Siddeshwari Tradex (up to Rs 6500 Cr & Rs 7000 Cr), JITF Commodity Tradex (up to Rs 1500 Cr & Rs 2000 Cr), SPML Infra (up to Rs 1500 Cr & Rs 2000 Cr), Jindal Saw (up to Rs 1500 Cr & Rs 2000 Cr), and JWIL Infra (up to Rs 2500 Cr & Rs 3000 Cr). Transactions with Joint Ventures/associates up to Rs 2500 Cr & Rs 3000 Cr were also approved. These essential business transactions, including financial services and product sales, will be conducted at arm's length to support core operations.
