KEI Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 22-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

KEI Industries held a board meeting, approving its consolidated financial results for Q1 FY26. Revenue from operations reached ₹2,590.32 Cr, with a net profit of ₹195.75 Cr for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.

The Board also reviewed progress on the new cable manufacturing plant at Sanand, Gujarat. The first phase for LT/HT Cables is set to commission by September 2025. Production of EHV Cables is expected to begin by Q1 FY27. This expansion aims to boost future capacity.
