Paytm's Board has approved several key decisions. Urvashi Sahai, the company's General Counsel, has been appointed as a Whole-time Director. Madhur Deora will step down from the Board but continue his vital role as President & Group CFO, focusing on business expansion and profitability. Independent Director Bimal Julka has resigned.

In a strategic move, Paytm will independently develop its Noida IT complex, appointing Adani's Manorview Developers as the EPC contractor. This project is estimated to cost ₹800 Cr with a 60-month timeline. Additionally, Chandrasekaran Associates have been appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years. All director and auditor appointments are subject to shareholder approval.
