Dolphin Offshore Enterprises (India) Limited — Board Meeting, 22-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Dolphin Offshore's board has approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company also appointed Ms. Aishwarya Parekh as the Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term. Additionally, following a review by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Mrs. Shivangi Digant Shah was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive, Independent Director for five years. Both appointments are subject to shareholder approval.
