Paytm's Board has announced significant updates. Urvashi Sahai, current General Counsel, is appointed as a Whole-time Director for five years, bringing her legal expertise to the leadership. While Mr. Madhur Deora will step down from the Board at the upcoming AGM, he will continue in his crucial role as President & Group CFO, focusing on growth and profitability. Independent Director Mr. Bimal Julka also resigned.

In a key strategic move, Paytm will independently develop its 10-acre Noida IT/ITES complex, estimated at 800 Cr. Manorview Developers (Adani Infrastructure subsidiary) has been appointed as the EPC contractor for this 60-month project, replacing a prior unfeasible plan.
