One 97 Communications Limited — Others, 22-07-2025: Change in Auditors

One 97 Communications has announced key board approvals, including independently developing its 10-acre Noida IT/ITES complex. Manorview Developers (an Adani Infra subsidiary) will be the EPC Contractor for this project, estimated at INR 800 Cr, with a 60-month completion target. Regarding leadership, Ms. Urvashi Sahai was appointed as a Whole-time Director. While Mr. Madhur Deora will step down as a Director, he will continue as President and Group CFO, ensuring continuity in his executive role. Mr. Bimal Julka also resigned as an Independent Director. The company also appointed M/s Chandrasekaran Associates as Secretarial Auditors.
