Manaksia Coated Metals & Industries Limited — JV/Acquisition, 22-07-2025: Amalgamation/Merger

Manaksia Coated Metals & Industries (MCMIL) is set to amalgamate with its wholly-owned subsidiary, JPA Snacks Private Limited (JSPL). The move aims to simplify the group structure, improve administration, and cut compliance costs, especially since JSPL has no active operations. There will be no new MCMIL shares issued; JSPL's shares held by MCMIL will simply be cancelled. Importantly, this merger will not alter MCMIL's existing shareholding pattern. As of March 31, 2025, MCMIL reported net assets of ₹222.62 Cr and revenue of ₹781.63 Cr, while JSPL had negative net assets of ₹2.58 Cr and no revenue.
