Mr. Pratik Nareshkumar Shah has been appointed as an Additional Independent Director, bringing his vast business management experience to the team. This appointment follows the resignation of Mr. Bharatkumar Himmatbhai Shah, who stepped down due to other commitments. Additionally, the Board has re-constituted its crucial committees: Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholders Relationship. Mr. Pratik Shah will now chair the Audit Committee, aiming to strengthen governance and oversight.
